We’re usually $0.12-0.25 less per roll than the big brands (30mm × 3m comparison). Not the cheapest on Alibaba, but those quotes often hide mold fees or setup charges.

Q1: Will this hold a heavy mirror on the wall?
A: Probably not. A 30mm×100mm strip holds about 800g on vertical glass before slowly sliding. For mirrors over 1kg, use proper mounting hardware. This tape is better for lightweight frames, phone holders, cable clips – stuff under 500g.
Q2: Can I get samples before ordering 100 rolls?
A: Yeah – we send 2 sample rolls (usually 30mm×3m) via FedEx for about $35 shipping. Free tape, you cover freight. If you need 10+ rolls to test at scale, that’s $80 + shipping, but we credit it back if you order within 90 days.
Q3: What if I need 2,000 rolls with my logo printed?
A: Logo directly on the tape needs 3K roll MOQ (printing roller setup costs). For 5K rolls, we can do branded packaging instead – your logo on the box or blister card, tape stays plain.
Q4: How long does this last before it stops working?
A: Shelf life is 18 months sealed. Once you start using it, figure 200 wash cycles or 6-12 months of reuse, whichever comes first. Dust kills it faster than washing – keep it clean and it lasts longer.
Q5: Do you ship to USA? What about customs?
A: Yeah, we ship to USA frequently (LA and NY mostly). Usually FOB Ningbo, buyer arranges customs. HS code is 3919.10.00 – duty around 6.5% but verify with your broker. We can do DDP to major ports but our forwarder adds 15% on top, so you save money booking your own freight.
Q6: Can this go to Amazon FBA warehouse?
A: We’ve done it for 5 sellers so far. Give us the FBA label specs and carton limits (max 22kg/carton usually). We can pack and label before shipping from our warehouse – adds about $0.25/roll for extra labor. Or ship bulk to your 3PL for repack.
Q7: What happens if the tape arrives damaged or doesn’t work?
A: Manufacturing defects: we replace it and cover freight (rare, but we would). Shipping damage: file claim with carrier. Performance issues: send photos/video of the problem plus batch number from the core label – we’ll troubleshoot. Had one case where tape wouldn’t stick (customer stored it in freezer… PU gel needs room temp before use).
